❌ Did not help

I got used to it and it would flavor anything I touch which made eating really annoying

✅ Helped a lot

This is the worst-tasting stuff out there by far. But I have to use it constantly. Otherwise, when I get stressed and either start picking at my hands or putting my hands in my mouth, it’s all over. It’s not cheap and I’ve only ever found it on Amazon - not at any local store. I’ve also found it gets webby or stringy if I don’t use it regularly.

🫤 Helped a little

It was very effective while using it but ended up relapsing when I stopped :(

🫤 Helped a little

The nastiness of this stuff is no joke. It is extremely repulsive. But the form is not convenient. As a man, you can't easily take this with you unless you have a little bag or a murse or something. Leaving the house without it is a problem because as you go about your day, you'll notice the flavor rubs off gradually. However, even if you bring it with you, applying it "on the go" is not that easy. You have to find somewhere flat to set the bottle down, since you can't hold the bottle with one hand while applying with the other. I know that probably sounds ridiculous if you haven't applied nail polish before, but try it for yourself - you'll see what I mean. The point is, you can't apply it while walking, driving, standing around, etc, which means you often just skip it and forget, which defeats the purpose.
